A life- long volunteer to a myriad of causes, Dorothy will be remembered for her warmth and concern for whomever she touched. Together with her beloved husband of 52 years, James Gordon, she helped build and operate Willowood Campground in Enfield, N.Y., the first privately owned camping facility in the State. For more than 25 years she rejoiced in the visits of thousands of campers, all of whom she considered to be part of her extended family.
