GENEVA- Laurie J. Coriale TenEyck, 62, of Geneva passed away on July 19, 2022 unexpectedly at her home.

Laurie was born in Ilion, NY and has resided in Geneva for many years. She was the daughter of Anthony and Patricia Seymour Coriale. She graduated from Geneva High School in the Class of 1978. Laurie swiftly greeted customers as a friendly face and manager at Fays Drug Store for many years. She put her career on pause to raise her children and as they grew older, she held various positions in the Geneva community.

The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Laurie. She could easily transform a thrifty find into a piece that contributed to her stunning style. Her personality shined bright through her love for unique clothing, shoes and jewelry. She took great pride in her home and loved spending time on her beloved front porch.

Laurie found comfort in the company of animals with a deep love for dogs. Laurie’s favorite days consisted of shopping with her daughters, grabbing a DVD at Redbox, and falling asleep 5 minutes into the movie. Laurie’s love for cooking made for a full refrigerator and lots of 2 AM snacking. Her greatest joy was sending loved one’s home with a warm and tasty meal in hand. Her family will always remember her this way.

She is survived by her parents Anthony and Patricia Coriale of Seneca Falls; her daughters Patricia TenEyck (Jordan DeBolt) of Fairport, NY and Samantha TenEyck (Ross Dinan) of Baltimore, MD; the father of her children, Samuel TenEyck of Geneva, NY; her brother David Coriale (Leigh) of Chevy Chase, MD; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her brother Daniel Coriale and her dear sheltie, Nikki.
